What You Need to Know

ListWAI helps you create eBay listings using AI. You keep ownership of your content, we help you sell it. You need your own eBay account, and you're responsible for following eBay's rules. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee sales or be responsible for eBay's actions.

1. Using ListWAI

By signing up, you're agreeing to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Pretty standard stuff - if you don't agree, unfortunately you can't use the service.

2. What We Do

ListWAI is your AI-powered selling assistant:

  • Smart Listings: Take a photo, we'll create the listing
  • AI Enhancement: Better descriptions and pricing suggestions
  • eBay Publishing: Post directly to your eBay account
  • Listing Management: Track and update your items

3. Your eBay Account

✓ You need your own eBay seller account

✓ You authorize us to post listings on your behalf

✓ You're responsible for eBay fees and following their rules

✓ We're a tool to help you sell - you're still the seller

4. Your Part

To keep things running smoothly, you agree to:

  • Be honest (accurate info, real products)
  • Own what you sell (no stolen goods or copyrighted material)
  • Follow the law and eBay's policies
  • Keep your account secure
  • Not break or abuse our service

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: Your photos and listings remain yours

Our License: You let us process and optimize your content to create great listings

Our Tech: Our AI and software remain ours

6. The Fine Print

We want to be upfront about our limitations:

  • We can't guarantee your items will sell
  • We're not responsible for eBay account issues
  • We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid us

7. Service Changes

We're always improving ListWAI. This means:

  • Features might change or be discontinued (with notice)
  • Prices may adjust (existing subscriptions honored)
  • We'll do our best to keep disruptions minimal

8. Ending Your Account

You can cancel anytime - no hard feelings! When you do:

  • Your eBay listings stay active (they're yours)
  • You can export your data before leaving
  • We'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy

We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, let's try to work it out directly first. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.

Legal Stuff: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ListWAI. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. ListWAI complies with eBay's API License Agreement and Developer Program policies.
